Refunds & Cancellations – ShopFactoria

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition.

• Original packaging must be intact.

• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

Non-returnable items:

• Books with physical damage after delivery

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Discounted or clearance items

Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After shipping, cancellation is not possible.
